Australia

Starting from February 1st, all people setting off from the Chinese mainland will be banned from entering the country, except Australian citizens, permanent residents and their immediate family members or legal guardians and spouses.

Independent State of Papua New Guinea

People who have been to Hubei Province in the past three weeks are prohibited from entering, other passengers are required to undergo a body check and submit a health declaration before boarding.

The Republic of Equatorial Guinea

From January 31st, all passengers departing from airports in China will not be allowed to enter and will be returned to the Chinese mainland on their original flights.

Kuwait

People from the Chinese mainland and Hong Kong SAR are banned from entering the country. Furthermore, people who have stayed in the Chinese mainland or Hong Kong SAR will be prohibited from entering the country.

Maldives

Direct flights between China and the Maldives have been suspended since January 31st.

People setting off from the Chinese mainland will be banned from entering the country.

Marshall Island

Passengers setting off from or transferring out of China must stay in a country that is not identified as being affected by the coronavirus for at least 14 days.

America

From 5 pm EST, February 2nd, foreigners who have visited China in the past 14 days (except for immediate family members of America citizens and permanent residents) will be temporarily barred from entering the country.

Flights from China are only allowed to land at the following seven airports: New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Atlanta and Honolulu.

Mongolia

From February 1st to March 2nd, people setting off from China will be banned to enter Mongolia

Japan

From February 1st, foreigners who have stayed in Hubei Province in the past 14 days will be refused entry to the country.

Samoa

All visitors to Samoa are required to fill in a special health declaration before entering the country. Furthermore, visitors should show the certification issued by a hospital that they are allowed to travel and have no infectious diseases. The certification must be issued within three days of departure.

People setting off from countries affected by the coronavirus, must stay for 14 days in countries where the virus has not been detected and issue relevant medical certificates before arriving in Samoa.

Singapore

From February 2nd, passengers who have been to the Chinese mainland in the past 14 days will be banned from entering Singapore. Permanent residents and permanent permit holders can enter Singapore and apply for a 14-day holiday for self-quarantine.

Israel

All commercial flights between China and Israel have been suspended since February 3rd. Foreigners who have visited China in the past two weeks will be barred from entering until further notice.

Italy

All direct flights between China and Italy have been canceled.

Vietnam

Vietnam have suspended the issuance of visas to people who have been residing in China during the past two weeks.

Dongxing-Moncay port has been closed since January 31st.

All fights between Vietnam and China have been canceled.

Chad

Passengers who arrive in N’Djamena International Airport must go through temperature checks and hand disinfection before entering the country.

Passengers setting off from Wuhan must be quarantined for 14 days.

Kyrgyz Republic

All ports between the Kyrgyz Republic and China have been closed since February 1st.

Brunei

People who have visited Hubei Province in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter Brunei, except Brunei citizens and permanent resident

People who have visited China in the past 14 days must carry out self-quarantine for 14 days.

Uzbekistan

All fights between Uzbekistan and China have been canceled since February 1st.

Grenada

From February 2nd, foreigners who have visited China during the last 14 days are not allowed to enter the country.

Fiji

All foreigners who have visited Chinese mainland during the last 14 days are not allowed to enter or transferring in Fiji from February 2nd, until further notice.

The Republic of Congo

People from “epidemic high-risk” countries will be put under quarantine for 14 days in

the Grand Concorde Hotel in Brazzaville, capital of the Republic of Congo.

Republic of Korea

From February 4th, all foreigners who have visited Hubei province in China during the last 14 days are not allowed to enter the country. Visa-on-arrival in Jeju is also temporarily suspended.

El Salvador

From January 30th, visitors who have recently visited China are not allowed to enter the country.

Republic of Trinidad and Tobago

People who have visited or stayed in China are not allowed to enter the country until 14 days after leaving China.

Indonesia

From February 2nd, foreigners who have visited China during the last 14 days are not allowed to visit or transfer in Indonesia.
